Good book filled with tons of delicious paleo recipes By Nancy Parker This book shows very well what the Paleo Diet is and it contains some delicious recipes! I tried some of the recipes and they were very good. It helped me to stay full and to control my cravings. The ones that I liked the most were Paleo Breakfast Chicken Sausage Hash and Paleo Sweet Potato & Beef Meatloaf. I am trying 1 recipe every two days and it helps me to bring variety in my diet. I even have lost 1 pound since I have implemented these recipes! Check this book out if you want paleo recipes which are easy to make and not too pricey.

By Cargo Vine Customer Service A few months ago I started trying to eat smarter but my healthy dishes were not enough and I ran out of ideas, I would not even imagine the pancake option included in this book and all different recipes for every single preference. Good job and recommended 100%
