It’s not just a simple book about recipes it also talks about the advantages of using a pressure cooker and a slow cooker for preparing healthy and delicious meals. Recipe wise, this book covers a wide variety of foods. There are recipes for meats, fishes and sea foods. Vegetarians will also found this book useful because it has different recipes about veggies. Dessert lovers will also enjoy reading it for it provides a number of mouthwatering desserts one can try cooking at home. It also has recipes of different appetizers and soups that are easy to prepare. Step-by-step procedures are also provided so that one can easily follow the recipes on the book. It’s really a great book for people who love cooking and even for those who are beginners in the kitchen so I definitely recommend this book for everyone to read.

I won a crockpot for white elephant so I decided to buy this book set. Didn't really know much about pressure cooking, but I have an open mind and the more cooking knowledge I have, the happier my future spouse lol. Anyways, while I was reading about pressure cooking, the benefits were tremendous! It's funny, I had no idea what a pressure cooker was but when I was reading up on what it was, I realized I had one too! LOL. Anyways, these resources definitely will help in my goal to start cooking and eating at home more often. Auto-pilot cooking with my Crockpot? Yes please. Tastier food and still filled with nutrients after cooking? Why not. Thank you for creating these books! The recipes are KILLING me while reading it; gotta fulfill that hunger and apply what I learned!

I bought mostly to learn to use my crock pot since I never used one before. What I found out is that crock pot and pressure cooker are pretty much the same as far as cooking goes. It's the time that is different. Crock pot longer time but the set up is the same. I plan to make the exact meal in my pressure cooker and crock pot one day to see if there is any difference in flavor. These books did give the information I was looking for.
