Well it might be almost impossible to completely avoid carbohydrates, it has been proven that minimizing intake can be beneficial to weight loss. Author Sarah Sophia does a great job at explaining how and why certain methods should be used when going on a diet, laying the foundation for healthy eating and positive living. Recipes are easy and delicious. A must buy and 5 Stars.

I very often get tired and frustrated with the regular eggs and bacon daily menu. This book offered a variety of ideas for me to change up my mundane and usual breakfast meals. I recommend it to all diabetics and people who are trying to get the carbs out of their way of eating.

Most of them looked low carb but one had 1/2 cup strawberry jam.I know I could get out my carb counter and figure it out but every low carb combo I've owned has that information.
