Well, You’d get the diet according to your own blood type so; it would definitely work on you. If you’re consuming foods that are not right for you, you may experience some health problems. I’ve found out from this book that when you ingest these foods; Lectin, a powerful protein found on common food, will interact with your blood. So it is important that you know what food you really should consume to prevent some health consequences. This cookbook covers toothsome breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all blood types. By following the diet according to my blood type, I started to experience the difference. I feel more energetic and it just feels different. So if you want to become healthier and lose weight, I would suggest getting this cookbook.

By Forests Prior to reading this ebook, I had no idea that my blood type could and does determine the best diet plan for me. Before, I knew that removing/reducing processed foods is great, but I did not know that I could fine tune my diet even more by basing it on my blood type.  The instructions for the meal preparations are very simple to execute and I understood them with ease. I’ve started applying the diet recommendations for my blood type (O) by removing the foods the book recommended from my current diet. I noticed that bloating was reduced. I am excited to keep reading and applying all of the recommendations and cooking these delicious recipes up. The book was worth it and was an eye opener for me. If your like me and enjoy eating healthy and trying new ways to introduce healthier patterns, consider buying this book and eating for your blood type. The result is worth it.

Patterson I've never really heard of blood type cooking before but I'm willing to try anything at the moment to lose a few pounds. I found this book really interesting and informative and the recipes seem fairly simple. I'm not much of a cook so I was specifically looking for recipes that didn't take long, tried one for dinner last night (took me more than 30 but like I said I'm not much of a cook) - the veggie pancakes were really good. I'm really pleased that there are a lot of vegetarian recipes included too so I'll be trying some more for sure. I liked how there was also a little introduction and information on the different blood types so it wasn't just recipes with no explanation.Eating for your Blood type seems like a well written book (didn't see any errors) and the recipes were complete (no time or ingredients missing). I'll be trying more from this in future- probably going to give the smoothies a go for breakfast this week. I'd recommend this book even if you don't want to follow the diet because some of the recipes are really good anyway and if you are looking for a blood type cook book this is a really good deal since you get so many recipes.
