By GermCrazy Let me start by saying that, while I often fix breakfasts and lunches, I am not the one who usually makes dinner in my house. My wife usually handles that, and often does so with my two boys. But she is pregnant and has been dealing with an apparently new type of morning sickness that seems to last ALL DAY AND NIGHT, and so, the responsibility for preparing dinners has also been ending up on my plate lately! And I am thankful for having found this book! It has been helping me (and my boys, ages 8 & 10, who have been assisting me) with coming up with some simple and fast recipes that still taste good and are healthy.We are avid meat eaters in my family and we especially enjoyed the "Barbecued Drumsticks" and the "Marinated Pork Kebabs" but I also made my wife (who has been eating little more than Saltines this week) the "Antipasto Salad" and it was great, even for me!I plan on continuing to use this book until my wife is back at the helm and then handing it off to her to continue on with it! I suggest you dive into it as well (and take a look at the breakfast and lunch versions, as well, while you're at it!)
