This book has some great combinations with just a few store bought additions. It's great to see the breakdowns on some of the delicious spice combinations, and with a little creativity you can add that personal touch that will make your spice unique and will have your friends begging for your secret!

By sharon conner Making your own spices is much healthier and cost effective than buying them in a grocery store. What I like about this book is that the author encourages you to be adventurous and try the many spices with any dish. The Jamaican Curry and the Greek Blend sound great.
