The instructions were easy to follow, and I liked how the author added in the pictures to help get an idea of what the hot pot is supposed to look like. I have Japanese friends and I think I will definitely try some of these out on them!

This book helped me get closer to Japanese cuisine and I felt like. I started with Nabemno dishes. Prepare picky but very easy to understand instructions so I can do it and enjoy. Very delicious. There are course dishes await awaiting me.

These hot pots looks interesting and yummy. The problem with a lot of them is the mushrooms. Not something I can eat. I wonder what and if there are subs. Can I just leave them out?
