Don't judge a book by it's cover By Judy When I was shopping for a persian cookbook, the reviews for this book were good and the cover was very appealing. But when it arrived and I opened it, I was disappointed! The book has a total of 68 pgs. Out of the 68 pages, there are 27 pages that have 1/2 of the page blank, 11 1/2 pages are introduction, table of contents, and closing, and 10 blank pages. That leaves about 20 pages of recipes that are done in a large, plain font with no pictures - very unprofessionally done in my opinion and not worth the money. However, I will say that Amazon's service is fantastic as they helped me in this matter.

I have cooked many of the recipes in this book. I would recommend this book to any one that is looking for authentic Persian cooking. I will tell to everyone about this book...

I've had some experience with Persian food and a couple of other cookbooks that have some good stuff in them, but this one is a real winner. This is a lovely book, with very intriguing recipes. Thumbs up!
