I was reluctant to give it a try and my initial, exercise-induced weight loss stalled. I was calorie counting only, giving my body not enough good stuff and way too much bad stuff. I was going NOWHERE despite a daily calorie deficit. I finally tried Cody's plan and have been consistently losing weight for the last few months!!! The loss is consistent and safe and I haven't gained it back. I'd even call it plateau proof!!!
