Will enjoy using it By CJ I wanted something to kick off my low carb diet, not being educated about the low carb dieting, i decided i would read this.First i must say if you have no knowledge about low carb diet, this book is for you. Its very informative and gives in depth ideas for starters.The diet plans are super easy to follow and you will just love the taste of every bite when you make them.The thing i love about low carb diet is, it doesn't really restrict you, the food are very filling and everyone loves fat so you will have a blast.I hope i help someone.

The first is that it lays out everything you will need to know to hit the ground running on several different fronts. The first is that it gives many tips on exactly why you should start the low carb diet and also other things you can do to make it work for you specifically. In addition, I love the review of the other most popular diets. This makes it possible to see if the low carb diet may not be the best diet for you. The comparison alone in the back is the worth the price of this book!
