There is so much valuable knowledge, all presented in a way that is very easy to understand, and a lot of fun to learn. Great explanations about the use of each smoothie and very delicious, too!! Special ingredients aren't needed so if you are not into looking hard for a few ingredients, this is the book for you. I incorporate these smoothies into my everyday diet, and I am a firm believer in the effectiveness they have on both my mental and physical health. Smoothie recipes can be found just about anywhere online, what really makes this book valuable to me is the way that the information has been presented.

Harper A well-presented work with a friendly introduction, and easy-to-follow instructions, making it a quick read that is not taxing on your time. Gavin gets to the good stuff (the recipes) after laying down a concise foundation of who he is and what the book aims to do for you, really making you feel excited to get to the fun of mixing up your smoothies. My preference is for fruit based health drinks rather than for the hard-core vegetable detoxes, so there is something for everyone here. Bananaberry Cleaner, anyone?

I tried a few of the cleanse smoothies and they tasted very good.Give this book a read if you want to change your life for the healthier. I love that you can use the type of protein powder that you like. I am excited to complete the 3 week program.
