Neil is back with another sensationally sordid look at the wonderful world of heartless bitches who use their sexual skills to call the shots, and the needy little slave men who take their calls, draining both their wallets and testicles in the process. This time, in the enormously entertaining Rule By Cleavage, there are two obscure objects of desire, namely the 36D breasts of Yolanda, a remorseless vixen who picks up Jarvis, O Neil’s latest iteration of the subservient, sex starved, apprehensive intellectual, at a movie, where her compelling cleavage soon has the wimpy nerd obeying every twitch of her mesmerizing breasts between periodic ejections of cold cash from his bank account. After preliminary enslavement at the movie Yolanda plies Jarvis with too much beer and a bacon cheeseburger before cruelly sending him home – with a detour to the ATM - to defile himself with the memory of her perfect boobs, while standing in a corner unsuccessfully fighting off a beer piss. So begins a downward spiral of shame and humiliation that will brighten the day of any worthless, though still financially viable, masochist. But since Jarvis is the kind of guy who wishes he could shrink to four inches so he could fit between Yo’s tits – a “boob for boobies,” as she so charmingly puts it, this cascading series of escalating humiliations only provides some meager, but welcome meaning to Jarvis’s pointless existence; which is, obviously, to be bossed around by the Cleavage Queen, who doesn’t mind the money either. With his deft and dark touch, O. Neil has turned in another obsessive, uneasy classic of depravity ad domination, sure to satisfy the discerning demands of the Fem Dom friends everywhere.

Neil sucks readers into his tales of domination and debauchery. He does this by creating real-world scenarios, so we're not just getting the hot and heavy stuff, but the spinning of the web that snares his hapless male protagonists. Rule by Cleavage is no different. The build-up to this unusual relationship between a breast lover and the dominant, buxom woman of his dreams feels like it can actually happen.It's not a slow build by any means, however. Rule by Cleavage puts us in the head of Jarvis as he first meets, then gets drawn into the web of his seductress Yolanda. We learn straight off that Yolanda enjoys manipulating men with her ample assets, and her brazenness spawned from her knowledge of men is a great turn-on. Things catch fire from there, as the story explores breast fetish, femdom, financial domination, humiliation, foot fetish and even cuckold. Throughout, Irv writes in a way so the readers feels like he's in Jarvis' shoes, struggling with the internal debate of how low he will debase himself, what price he will pay, simply to be allowed to ogle and not even touch Yolanda's beckoning breasts.The lengthy story (52 pages on my Android screen) is a hard-on inducing testament to the power of a strong-willed woman who embraces her physical gifts and uses them to get men sniveling at her feet. I highly recommend.

Each of his story are unique and have a different take on female domination and fetishes. I find that I enjoy them all, even when a story doesn't directly hit my fetish preferences, which is a testament of how good a storyteller Irv is.This story deals mostly white boob cleavage, cuckolding, financial domination, complemented with an undertone of humiliation. The hero is very relatable, which I find necessity to fully, and vicariously, enjoy the entire scale of emotions he’s going through.It has become a favorite and will get many rereads.
