Noah goes step by step through the different recipes to make sure you fully understand how to make each and every recipe correctly. I appreciate how he includes a picture unlike many other authors as well as nutrition facts! I think this is the first time I have seen this included in any of the cookbooks I have read previously.Another thing I appreciate with this book is that he even tells you how to mix up the recipes as if 50 weren't enough already. That makes a hundred or more different ways to serve up these recipes. They are so delicious looking that it is hard to know where to start. Bravo Noah! I hope to read more of your books in the future. Though, this one will give me plenty to work with in the meantime :)

I have been aching to have one since my sister loaned me her paleo slow cooker recipe book and since I really loved that recipe book, I made sure to have a copy.This book was the same one she loaned me. This book contained 50 of the famous paleo recipes which are prepred using a slow cooker. The recipes here are very easy to follow and seemed quite nutritious. You can determine that based on the ingredients for each recipe. It is also good that the author included photos of the meals, easy cooking directions, nutrition facts, and even suggestion on variations. This is a keeper!

This book has some great recipes, I've tried the Rice Crisps and Queso Chili already and loved them both. Even the most health conscious person would find something to meet their need between these pages. With 2 dishes down I still have a long way to go, I'd suggest this collection of recipes anyone who is interested in maintaining a Paleo diet. Definitely good to have in you cooking "arsenal".

Excellent reference book By Pran I was looking for a reference book on ground improvement that addressed the latest and innovative idea supported with the theory and practical examples. It is a very good book with a lot of practical information. Specialized ground improvement topics are addressed well with design examples that help me as a guide at work. If you are looking for a book that discusses range of topics such as chemical stabilization, deep mixing, grouting, or Geosynthetic reinforcement this is a one stop reference. I highly recommend this book for practitioners like me in the field of ground improvement and graduate students and researchers who want to take their career ahead in this field.

A comprehensive reference in geotechnical engineering By Shaymaa Kadhim It may sound that this book was written to cover only the principles of ground improvement techniques when looking at its title. However, I consider this book as a comprehensive reference that explains the basic concepts and principles of soil mechanics, foundation engineering, geosynthetics applications, etc. Therefore, you do not have to search for the basic design equations and specifications in any other references. In addition to this advantage, this book covers almost all ground improvement techniques most commonly used in practice as well as to different innovative techniques. Furthermore, this book not only addresses the advantages, limitations, suitability for each ground improvement method, but it also gives the reader a good chance to learn the design principles in a professional way through different design examples provided for each technique. As a graduate student interested in ground improvement field, those well-organized examples enabled me to learn in a very simple way through step by step procedure and to apply this knowledge to my research work efficiently. I highly suggest geotechnical engineers and graduate students to have a copy of this valuable reference.

An amazing book for ground improvement By Fei Wang Since I became a graduate student in Geotechnical in 2006, I have read more than five books regarding the ground improvement. I think this book is amazing and exceptional. Two reasons drove me to rank this book as No. 1 of the ground improvment books I ever read: (1) it covers most of the current popular ground improvement technologies. It includes not only the technologhy itself but also the soil mechanics principles behind the technologies which can help the students and engineers to understand the specific technology very well; (2) A design example was provided for each type of technology which is greatful for the new professional students and engineers. You may not know the whole procedures of the ground improvment design, even though you learned some points from the books, you still can not use it in practice. However, this book could give you a guidence how to consider a specific problem in practice and how to do the ground improvement design step by step. Overall, it is awesome. I like it very much. I would like to recommend it to all geotechnical students and engineers.

It really helped me to understand how to configure Networking via the SystemD framework. Book does a very good job breaking down the nuances you'll need to understand what's new and how it differs from the old. Amazing books. I would like to have had more on DNS concepts, but the Author did a great job with what he did include. I would give this book a 6 is I could.Thanks

In praise of shy girls By Bryan Fields This is a sweet little romp about a woman who decides to say 'yes' for a night, instead of holding herself back and talking herself nut of things she wants to do. It's safe to say things go rather well for her - several times, in fact.Personally, I've always liked shy, quiet ladies, especially if they're also on the geeky and curvy side, so I felt invested in Evelyn from the start. I also enjoyed the interplay and dialog between the poly couple she encounters. They came across as grounded, sane adults who had an interesting lifestyle, I'm not poly myself, but I wouldn't object to this couple representing any of the groups I do belong to.My one complaint would be the cover. I like it. It caught my eye, which it's supposed to do. It just isn't right for this story. If the publisher redid it with a curvy, geeky, sexy, shy woman in the middle, I'd buy a new copy just for that.

That's the case in this fast-moving tale. It's short, but more than long enough to satisfy.A woman who rarely risks her heart or her body takes a chance and explores new experiences with new friends. Trust is the hardest trick to master, but she learns lots of new things, and pleasure is the ultimate reward. The story wraps up nicely, but with plenty of room to continue as a series. I'm hoping for that.

The man is kind and loving and she has a great time which contradicts everything she had assumed about men and then she goes out to seduce a lesbian. There is no explanation or thoughts on how this experience affected her. It's like it never happened. Poor writing in first person.
