Inspiring and thought provoking By RobiNZ I read this book on the flight home after cycling from Lhasa to Kathmandu, a trip which included a visit to the Tibetan Everest Base Camp. I saw Mike speak at TEDx Auckland and thought of his advice often while pedalling up the passes (we only got up to 5050m on the bikes). A great read with a great message.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Loved this book By Valerie If you like a good mix of adventure this book has it. It is so gripping, I even slowed down at the end as i didn't want the book to finish. If you enjoy Bear Grylls books, you'll love this more. Best read of 2013.
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Great read By Aidan Cunningham I had the chance to meet Mike recently and I was really impressed so I decided to read his book and I wasn't disappointed. Some incredible adventures and hair raising incidents. I recommend this book highly.
