The ANTI-fat diet By Denniger Bolton I've been reading quite a few diet books lately and of course have heard of Weight Watchers although I've never been in any of their programs. The author, Steve Taylor, states right up front that this is the purely ANTI-fat diet. I know some diets are pro-fat and anti-carb. In this one also, there is a motivation factor, a figuring out for yourself what you hope to gain by your weight loss and that losing weight and looking good should be your new year's resolution. Mr. Taylor has a quote from Joshua Kapow that is meaningful to all of us: "The key to staying motivated is similar to fuel in a car - you don't need the motivation tank to be full to drive, you just need to prevent from running empty."
